In case you're wondering, why Substack, here's a few reasons:

  1. They raised $100M in July 2025. Venture capitalists only invest that kind of money if they think they can get a 50x or 100x return. And the company is already valued north of a billion dollars...aka there's a real case it becomes a big business.

  2. All the big creators are moving to the platform. You can now find the Hormozi's, Justin Welsh, Dan Koe, and any number of other big creators posting regularly on the platform.

  3. They're already adding sophisticated features. You're seeing more media in the Substack feed. Carousels, videos, that kind of thing.

  4. I literally have a client who added $15k ARR last week with one post. This is what originally caught my attention. There's real traffic and real intent on the platform.

  5. One of the biggest arbitrage opportunities is OWNING your category on a new platform before it's saturated. Substack is a new platform and it's a land grab right now. Imagine being early to Twitter, LinkedIn, or Instagram. That's the potential we have right now.

  6. Take a look at their stats. They are already up to 35M monthly active users (last I checked was 30M). They have 5M people paying for subscriptions, which means they are high-intent users. 65% YoY growth in traffic to the site.
